The motorcycle brake caliper is where the hydraulic multiplication power comes into play. As the motorcycle is moving, the pressure applied to the confined fluid is transmitted unabated and with equal force to all surfaces within the system, so the pressure from the master cylinder is applied evenly over the much larger area of the brake caliper piston, multiplying the force many times over.
